SLA customers receive priority access to telephone support during office hours, ensuring that any issues are quickly addressed by our dedicated team. In contrast, non-SLA customers may experience longer wait times and will not have access to telephone support.

For email support, SLA customers enjoy a rapid response time of 1-2 hours, allowing for quick fixes and faster resolutions. Non-SLA customers can expect a longer response time of up to 12 hours, which may delay the resolution of critical issues.

Rush and Out-of-Hours Support

For urgent issues that require immediate attention, our rush rate for SLA customers is £100 per hour, compared to £175 for non-SLA customers. If you need support outside of regular business hours, SLA customers benefit from a reduced out-of-hours rate of £110 per hour, while non-SLA customers are charged £175 per hour.
